These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Forsaken Horse (the "Bot"), a Discord bot operated by Gaétan Gonnin ("we", "us"). By adding the Bot to a Discord server or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not add or use the Bot.

1. What Forsaken Horse Is

Forsaken Horse is a companion bot for Black Desert Mobile guild communities. Depending on which features a server administrator enables, it can track the in-game Central Market, send boss ("Nightmare") and Node War alerts, post patch notes, track submitted scores, and display guild statistics.

Forsaken Horse is an independent, fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pearl Abyss Corp. All game names, terms, and related assets remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's own Terms of Service, including its minimum age requirement, to use Discord and, by extension, the Bot. By using the Bot you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Adding the Bot to a Server

Whoever adds the Bot to a server is responsible for having the authority to do so, and for configuring it (channels, roles, and features) via its slash commands. Server members are subject to whatever channels and roles that administrator has configured.

4. Premium Features

Some features are marked "premium." Premium access is granted free of charge, entirely at our discretion, and does not involve any payment. We may grant, decline, or revoke premium access to any server at any time, without notice or obligation to explain the decision.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
• Attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Bot's normal operation;
• Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove the Bot from any server, or restrict its features, if these Terms are violated.

6. Service Availability

Forsaken Horse is a personal, self-hosted project provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

7. Third-Party Data

Some features display statistics sourced from public third-party websites (such as guild rankings). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or continued existence of that third-party data.

8. Termination

We may remove the Bot from a server, or discontinue the service entirely, at any time and for any reason — including prolonged inactivity (e.g., a server that never enables any feature). Server administrators may remove the Bot from their own server at any time.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot — including reliance on any data, alert, or statistic it displays.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
