This Privacy Policy explains what data Forsaken Horse (the "Bot") collects through Discord, why, and how you can control it.

1. Who We Are

Forsaken Horse is operated by Gaétan Gonnin, based in France. For any privacy question or request, contact contact@sha-do.fr.

2. Data We Collect

Server-level data, set up by a server's administrators when configuring the Bot:

Data	Purpose
Discord server (guild) ID and name	Identify the server the configuration belongs to
Configured channel & role IDs	Route alerts, market updates, patch notes, etc. to the right place
Language preference	Display bot messages in the chosen language
Enabled features & premium status	Determine which functionality is active for that server

User-level data, only where a server has enabled the Scores feature:

Data	Purpose
Discord user ID & username	Attribute a submitted score to the right player
Submitted score value, event type/date	Track and display game performance history
Message & channel ID, timestamp	Locate the original submission if a correction is needed

We do not collect passwords, payment or financial information, or email addresses (unless you email us directly).

3. Message Content

The Bot only reads message content in the specific channels a server administrator has configured for its features (for example, a score-submission channel), in order to detect commands or extract a submitted value. We do not log or store the raw text of messages — only the structured data listed above.

4. How We Use This Data

Solely to operate the features a server has chosen to enable: posting alerts and patch notes, tracking Node War/market data, recording and displaying submitted scores, and routing messages to the correct channels and roles.

5. Legal Basis

Under the GDPR, we process this data because it is necessary to provide the service a server administrator has requested (Art. 6(1)(b)), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Bot's features (Art. 6(1)(f)).

6. Third Parties

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Some features display public, non-personal statistics fetched from third-party gaming websites; no Discord user data is ever sent to them.

7. Data Retention

Server configuration (channels, roles, enabled features) is stored for as long as the Bot remains in that server, and is automatically deleted once the Bot is removed from it. Score history is retained to preserve game statistics unless deletion is requested.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by contacting contact@sha-do.fr. Server administrators can also remove most configuration directly through the Bot's own commands.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Bot is not directed at, and is not knowingly used to collect data from, anyone under the minimum age required by Discord's own Terms of Service.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
